In 1993, Aser Incorporated began operations as a Property Management company dedicated to providing services to commercial and residential properties.  Over the course of the last 18 years, we have been deeply committed to the return-on-investment demand of incorporating building science into our managed buildings. 

In 2006, our company added ASERusa to manage our Building Performance Practice, in order to better respond to the demand of incorporating building science into our managed buildings, and to manage the demand of our customers wanting the design features and recognition of National Building Performance Programs implemented into their new buildings.  In these last six years, ASERusa has seen their operations grow from a single-focused property management company, to a building performance authority in the Midwest. 

In 2011, our company added RATERusa to our Building Performance Practice to respond to the demand of HERS Raters seeking high-quality support on building science design information, building science modeling, and buidling science rating approvals.  Today, the Rater Alliance Team for Energy Ratings, or RATERusa, serves as a RESNET Provider overseeing the HERS Ratings of our member HERS Raters. 

RATERusa is uniquely qualified to work with your team of HERS Raters to maximize the building science verification and building science modeling of their HERS Ratings, in order to provide the quality necessary for approved submissions.
